hola. nbc is in 14hrs -screams i found a huge pack of ruffles at home. im eating them as i blog. i eat when im stressed and nbc gives me a reason to binge damnit. im gna finish the whole pack. :/ i also owe a lot of hwk. i dont mean to. its just when im stressed and/or tired i just cant do hwk at all. ): i shall try to finish everything aft the competition.
yishun town is like playing merry widow also. and they're like directly in front of us. like wtf. i hope their timpani player is a skinny frail boy and not some big muscular man. i say male is because timpani players are rarely girls unless they dont have a choice. eg, girl sch. and what does tt say. SEXIST. i told beat abt it and she told me to change song. i think she thinks we can learn a new concert piece in like 2min. there will be like comparison. merry widow is a seriously overplayed piece. to be honest, im terrified.
im just not confident playing snare for double eagle, there's just not enough practise. though im more confident in playing timpani for merry widow but the timpani's not mine and i've never played timpani for competitions before and i've completely no idea what's to be done. i dont think i'll have time to tune or get used to the pedal tmr and im in heels damnit. like i need to be steady or i'll just die. what if tmr i completely freak and dont dare to play! i guess i'll have to wing it. not much of a choice right. hopefully my nerves dont get the best of me and i can perform up to standard. what if the sticks get stuck in my sleeve! they always do! and im not rolling them up. UNGLAM. there's just so much tt can go wrong. it has gone wrong in the past. i dont want a repeat of syf. it took me like FOUR mths to get over tt. what if the yishun town timpani player is better which is likely to be the case cuz he's a guy! guys are just stronger so it means he'll be louder and tt wins. plus he'll totally be zai-er cuz im not zai at all. i really want to be zai tmr. -pouts. like i dont expect a gold tmr but somehow i still really really want it. i paid 8 bucks just to sit in the hall for like half a min and listen to results okay. damn. i want that gold.
